How it works!
Returns
Returns can be made by obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by emailing skye@avyatkaskye.com.
We offer returns on orders pending the item is still in good condition & in original packing with all tags still attached.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You have 14 days to make the return. Items will be exchanged or given store credit and final sale items cannot be returned.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
There are certain situations where only partial store credits are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
