How to Navigate Heavy Energy: Remedies for Earth and Cosmic Shifts Affecting You

Navigating the Heavy Energy You May Be Feeling Right Now

The sense of heavy energy that many are experiencing lately can often be attributed to a blend of environmental, cosmic, and personal factors. Earth's natural cycles and changes in the atmosphere can deeply influence our energy field. If you're feeling weighed down by heavy energy, here are some common causes and remedies, focusing on earth changes, atmospheric shifts, and solar activity. If you are feeling a sense of heavy energy then it could be attributed to not being in alignment with changes that are happening. 


Causes of the Heaviness You Feel 

  1. Earth’s Magnetic Field and Solar Activity: Solar flares and geomagnetic storms, caused by heightened solar activity, have a big impact on the Earth’s magnetic field. When there is an increase in solar flares or coronal mass ejections (CME), the Earth's magnetosphere reacts, which can make you feel energetically heavy, fatigued, or even emotionally overwhelmed. These solar storms are known to disrupt not only technology but also the human biofield.



    What does the scientific community say? According to an article in the National Library of Medicine (NLM), Biofield Science and Healing: History, Terminology, and Concepts  “At the planetary level, there is increasing evidence that the biofield concept can include effects of geocosmic fields on human health and behavior: for example, solar storms that significantly perturb the geomagnetic field correlate with increased rates and mortality from myocardial infarction.”



  2. Atmospheric Pressure and Weather Changes: Sudden shifts in weather—like thunderstorms, humidity, or shifts from cold to hot—can cause your energy to feel heavya nd sluggish. Barometric pressure changes can also impact mood and physical well-being, leading to feelings of heaviness or a sense of being stuck.



    What does the scientific community say?In a study posted in the National Library of Medicine, Subjective Physical Symptoms Related to Bad Weather Among Persons Undergoing Medical Check-Up: A Single-Center Observational Study, the researchers concluded that “Physical conditions related to bad weather, represented by headache, fatigue, and back pain, can be seen in 25-40% of the general population, especially in younger age groups. Individuals with these conditions are more likely to experience irritability/agitation, gastrointestinal problems, and sleep disorders.”



  3. Earth's Shifts and Vibrational Changes: As the Earth undergoes natural cycles, like tectonic shifts or changes in seismic activity, some people are highly sensitive to these movements. These earth changes can be subtle, yet energetically significant, causing feelings of unease or heavy energy. The planet is also evolving vibrationally, there is a collective energetic shift, and if you are attuned to the Earth's rhythms you may feel it more intensely.



    What does the scientific community say? A USC study confirms the rotation of Earth’s inner core has slowed. “USC scientists have proven that the Earth’s inner core is backtracking — slowing down — in relation to the planet’s surface, as shown in new research…”



  4. Cosmic Alignments and Planetary Transits: Astrology plays a role too. When there are challenging planetary transits and moon phases, such as Mercury retrograde or the movements of outer planets like Saturn and Pluto, they often bring emotional introspection, karmic lessons, and a sense of being energetically burdened. The collective consciousness may feel weighed down by these shifts.

Remedies to Lighten the Energy

  1. Ask Your Spirit Team: Your are surrounded by angels and guides everyday. Think of them as your spirit team. Ask them to clear your energy and align you to the new earth frequencies. To ask - you can do it like a prayer - silently in your mind. A basic way to ask is - Can my spirit guides and angels help me to align and clear out my energy field? Thank them for supporting you on your journey!

  2. Grounding with Nature: You can also use your physical body to align. Spend time outdoors, connecting to the Earth’s energy. Walking barefoot on grass, soil, or sand (known as earthing) can help to rebalance your energy field. Even just sitting under a tree or by running water can help you realign with the natural, calming rhythm of the Earth. Trees are a strong source of grounded balanced energy. While aligning in nature, reflect on the following, allow nature to teach you.  The natural world shifts without attachment, so the vibration that comes from natural world will help to align you to the current frequencies.

  3. Sunlight, Moonlight, and Fresh Air: The energy from the sun is also a potent source to help with alignment as it plays a key role in the shift. Exposing yourself to natural sunlight, even briefly, can refresh your spirit and help you align. The sunlight helps in producing serotonin, which is a mood booster. Opening windows for fresh air and letting in natural light can help clear stagnant indoor energy. The sun’s light can reset your energy. Just as the sun is an important component to aligning to the new frequencies, the moon is just as important. Spend time outside at night in the moonlight. Try to be in the brightness of the reflected sunlight light that emanates from the full moon. One way I like to practice is to use a large Lemurian Crystal point with windows.  Place the crystal in the light of the full moon to allow it to be charged with the new frequencies. Keep the crystal near where you sleep so the vibration of the crystal can help to keep you aligned. 

  4. Energy Clearing Practices: Smudging with sage, palo santo, or using energy-clearing sprays with essential oils like lavender, cedarwood, and rosemary can help break up heavy energy. Another method is using sound, such as singing bowls, chimes, or simply clapping, to shift the energy in your home and personal space. I also like to get a bouquet of flowers and use them similar to smudging around the room. It adds a beautiful feminine energy to my home. Sometimes I end up singing while doing it, no words just soft song like sounds come up to be voiced. 

  5. Crystals for Protection and Grounding: Use grounding and protective crystals like black tourmaline, smoky quartz, or hematite to absorb and transmute negative energy. Placing these stones in your home or carrying them in your pocket can act as an energetic barrier. As I mentioned in section 3, use a Lemurian crystal charged in moonlight. You could also charge it in sunlight. For me, I like the complementary energy of the Lemurian crystal and the moon. Try both ways, moonlight and sunlight, to see what resonates with you. 

  6. Salt Baths or Ocean Water: Taking an Epsom salt or sea salt bath helps to draw out negative energy, providing relief from feelings of heaviness. If possible, spending time by the ocean can have a similar cleansing effect, as saltwater naturally cleanses the aura and body.

  7. Breathwork and Meditation: Simple deep breathing exercises can help dispel heavy energy. A daily meditation practice, even for just a few minutes, can calm your mind and reset your energy field. Visualizing light entering your body and expelling dense energy is an effective way to release burdensome feelings. You can practice this cleansing breath in the shower allowing the water to additionally wash away the heavy energy. 

  8. Limit Technology Exposure: With heightened solar activity, there’s also increased electromagnetic interference, which can make our energy feel scrambled. Limiting time spent on electronic devices and taking technology breaks can help reduce this energetic overload. Using Shungite provides a shield of protection from EMF. 

Understanding the Current Energy Shifts

During times of heightened solar activity or significant earth changes, our bodies and energy fields can feel a little out of sync. These shifts often invite us to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with nature. Pay attention to your body’s cues during these periods. Rest more when needed, hydrate well, and nourish yourself with wholesome foods.

The key is to stay grounded and centered, understanding that these energy fluctuations are part of a greater cosmic cycle. By acknowledging the connection between planetary and atmospheric changes and your personal energy, you can take steps to protect your energy field and support your emotional well-being.
